Pilot Progams

Empowering underserved communities with hands-on engineering education

We are thrilled to announce the selection of the first communities in the USA and Latin America for our pilot programs.

The first stars in our constellation of knowledge—designed to brighten the future for those who need it most—shine in Hampton Roads, Virginia, USA, and Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico. These communities were chosen for their strong alignment with our mission and their tremendous potential to benefit from accessible, hands-on engineering education.

Why these communities?

Hampton Roads, Virginia is a dynamic cluster of seven cities where advanced technological development and critical industries—such as shipbuilding and space exploration—coexist alongside communities facing educational and economic barriers. Our programs will equip local adults with practical engineering skills that open doors to better jobs, innovation, and creative problem-solving at every scale. We are actively developing partnerships in the region and look forward to expanding opportunities across Hampton Roads.

Tlajomulco de Zúñiga, Jalisco, Mexico serves a growing hub of national and international industries that demand strong technical and engineering capabilities. As our first community in Latin America, Tlajomulco mirrors the needs we see in Hampton Roads: building skills that lead to employment, local innovation, and community-led solutions.

Where We Stand Now

We have established strong local partnerships in Tlajomulco de Zúñiga and identified our first two pilot programs: Water Purification and Water Capture. These initiatives will deliver immediate value to the community while providing critical insights to refine and scale our model.

These topics perfectly align with our goals—delivering practical engineering education while addressing real local challenges. The partnership also enables ongoing evaluation and improvement at every stage.

Supported by The Catholic University of America and dedicated partners, we are collaborating with college and high school students from East Coast schools and universities to develop high-quality learning modules. At the same time, we are engaging schools and organizations in Hampton Roads to identify pressing community needs that will shape our next set of programs.

Looking Ahead

As our programs grow, so will their reach and impact. By launching successfully in these two pioneering communities, we are building a strong foundation for broader expansion across the USA and Latin America. Every step brings us closer to empowering adults (17–50) in underserved areas with the tools to innovate, create jobs, and transform their communities.

Join us in celebrating this exciting milestone! More updates, success stories, and ways to get involved are coming soon.
