WHAT WE DO

Bridges Strong is dedicated to empowering individuals through education in engineering and science, focusing on adults with limited educational access, particularly in rural USA and Latin America. Our programs, available in English and Spanish, are open to all interested participants.

Why to do this?

By showing stories of how regular folks have made cool inventions, we can light up the fire of creativity in others. We aim to erase the notion that innovation is only for the privileged. Our projects are designed to prove that opportunities for creativity and invention are available to anyone willing to dream, believe in themselves, work well with others, and stick together as a team.

Everyone has the power to create and invent amazing things if they have the right tools and opportunity. People don't need to attend prestigious schools to be innovative or creative. Many great ideas come from people who learn by doing jobs or just by watching and understanding how things work. But sometimes, those people need some encouragement to see what they can do.

Your support does more than educate; it builds communities. It's about giving everyone a fair shot at being creative and solving problems, no matter where they come from. Imagine a world where local challenges are met with local solutions, crafted by those who understand the context best.

OUR VISION

We envision a world where individuals from all upbringings can access and utilize science and engineering to improve their own lives and those of their communities. In this vision, education in these fields is not just for the elite but is a tool for everyone's empowerment and growth.
